"What a beautiful experience! The chef, the food, people were all amazing. Looking forward to the next session."
"Steve is a class act and a class chef. But what I liked the most besides the food was the connection. I was able to relax as was everyone else. I learned some new things, ate some amazing food in a relaxing environment. I brought a homie but it's great for a date or with family."
"It's a small group, so you get clear explanations and can see everything. The chef lets participants prepare the dishes and explains where the recipes come from. It was a wonderful experience and a lot of fun!"
"An experience worth repeating, the food was excellent. The chef's kindness and skill are important too. My friends and I will be back!!!"

Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to Catalan and Spanish cuisine — the ingredients, traditions, and stories behind the dishes you're about to cook.
Together with your chef, you'll head to the kitchen and get to work right away, learning how to prepare a traditional paella from scratch: selecting the right rice, making the sofrito, controlling the heat, and achieving the iconic socarrat — that golden crust on the bottom that every Spaniard secretly competes for.
Alongside the paella, you'll prepare a selection of seasonal tapas that reflect the fresh, local produce of the moment, with your chef guiding you through each recipe's technique and cultural background.
Once everything is ready, sit down together to enjoy the food you've cooked, paired with a careful selection of wines from different regions of Spain. You'll leave with the recipes, the techniques, and an authentic taste of what makes Spanish gastronomy so special.
